See all WiFi Passwords Using CMD Commands

What is CMD?

CMD is the short form for Command Prompt and is a command line interpreter application available in most Windows operating systems.


Overview

Many times we want to find passwords of wifi we are connected to or was once connected to. Mabe someone is using a wifi and you want to connect to same, here is a quick and easy way to see password of all wifi network you have connected to using your windows pc.

Steps:

  • Press windows key + R
  • Type cmd and hit enter






  • Now enter following commands

          netsh wlan show profile

*This will show you list of all network you have connected to*

  • Now you can see the list of saved networks name and type the given command to see the saved password key of any saved network

 netsh wlan show profile name =”network-name” key=clear



Note:- Enter the name of target network at place of “network-name” to see saved password.
